This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for Honest Shift Publishing products.

Honest Shift Publishing sells practical educational guides and digital learning products. Product browsing, checkout, payment, product access, and product delivery may take place through Whop.

Digital product policy

Honest Shift products are digital educational products.

Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded, viewed, or used shortly after purchase, refunds are not guaranteed after product access, download, or use.

Refund requests

Refund requests are reviewed case by case.

To request a refund, contact support within 7 days of purchase.

You may email support@honestshiftpublishing.com with your name, purchase email, product name, order information if available, and a clear explanation of the issue.

If you purchased through Whop, you should also use your Whop account to request help or open a refund request through Whop when available.

Whop purchases

If you purchased an Honest Shift product through Whop, your checkout, payment, account access, receipts, product access, and product delivery may be handled by Whop.

Whop may provide a refund request or Resolution Center process inside your Whop account.

Refunds for Whop purchases may need to be reviewed or processed through Whop’s system.

Refunds may be considered when

A refund may be considered if:

You were charged more than once for the same product.

You purchased the wrong product by mistake and have not accessed, downloaded, or used the product.

You could not access the product after purchase and support could not resolve the issue.

The product was not delivered correctly.

There was a confirmed payment, access, or technical issue.

Refunds are generally not provided for

Refunds are generally not provided when:

You changed your mind after purchase.

You accessed, downloaded, viewed, or used the digital product.

You expected personal coaching, therapy, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or guaranteed outcomes.

You did not read the product description before purchase.

You decided the product was not what you personally wanted after receiving access.

You violated the Terms.

No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee any specific personal, family, financial, business, athletic, health, legal, career, parenting, or life outcome.

Refund timeline

If a refund request is approved, timing may depend on Whop, the payment processor, your bank, card provider, or the payment method used at checkout.

Third-party platform rules

Whop, payment processors, banks, and card providers may have their own rules, timelines, dispute processes, and technical requirements.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
